The members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The hostel is in a good area. We were only staying 5 nights and we had our room cleaned and linen and towels changed.
Some of the guests do not follow the rules of the kitchen. There needed to be clean tea towels available, not that many of the guests used them.

It was an easy process to check in, big outdoor space and mostly quiet.

The location is great. Close to city center and station and also quiet. Kitchen and lounge area was nice too.
The stay felt unorganised and quite noisy. Some of the beds were not made and some late arrivals made it hard to sleep well at night.
