Absolutely loved this hotel. A little outdated but the size of the room and the bathroom made up for it. Overall would highly recommend this hotel

Location close to shopping mall and Ritsurin Gardens
Had to use a conference room for breakfast. Food for breakfast was good.

The Executive Room on 4th floor was spacious and had an old world charm. Very comfortable beds. Very pleasing off-white decor. Close to Bus stop.

The breakfast that was included was good and the restaurant staff were very friendly
The room allocated was dirty and rundown especially the extra area containing the futon. The basin and shoji screen were broken. After complaining we were given 2 twin rooms which were better but the bathroom was exceptionally small. The rooms did not live up to the photos online.
