Localização, limpeza, café da manhã
A cama deveria ser normal, não montada com 2 camas de solteiro, até pedi para trocar de quarto, mas informaram que todos eram iguais. Recordo de ficar ano passado em um quarto que não era assim.
Box do banho muito pequeno.

Pedi um quarto mais silencioso, pois o meu estava com um barulho ensurdecedor do aparelho de ar-condicionado do quarto ao lado e de maneira imediata o pessoal da recepção me deu um outro quarto muito melhor. Ótima atitude, então tive uma noite tranquila, graças à boa vontade do funcionário, esse tipo de atendimento faz toda a diferença.
O café da manhã não é ruim, mas pode melhorar.

"great room, great breakfast service, we loved the staff - who spoke spanish and english. they also gabe us treats for easter sunday and didn’t mind that we passed check out time."
