We had a wonderful stay! It was truly a luxurious experience. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful area in Ramoji Film City far from the city’s hustle.
The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly courteous and friendly.
The restaurant food (Galaxy restaurant) was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences.

at least sight seeing should be done free of cost as i paid for a day around 11000/-INR

front desk staff was very cooperative
hot water was not available & annoying thing was very poor response, tv was getting switched off, power issues were there not
