Spacious accommodation and well equipped kitchenette. The open fire is nice touch (although we didn’t use it as the temperatures were high when we were there) I’m sure would be great in the height of the winter months We had three bathrooms and three shower rooms which was a surprising ratio, but great if you are a large group. The apartment is not ski in/ski out, there is a bit of a walk to ski away from the apartment but not too bad. You can ski back to the apartment with a little off-piste chicane run which is quite fun but for the inexperienced skier might be a bit daunting, for the intermediate or expert skier it’s actually great fun. Spacious living room, quiet location which can be a challenge in VT, balcony that faced the slopes although quite small and not really any good for sitting out on. Happy to accept dogs although these are charged at a fairly expensive €90 per dog per week. Considering there are fairly onerous check-out requirements this felt a bit cheeky. Parking is secure and charged at €20 per day so equivalent to the public car parks but closer to accommodation so that is plus. Accommodation is a bit tired decoratively and I would not rate it 4 star.
Location is at top of resort so everywhere is a walk. We knew this when booking and know VT well so accepted this situation, others should be aware when booking if this is a problem. Accommodation is tired, and not the cleanest, it’s fine on the face of things but as a 4 star I would have expected a bit more luxury, it felt like a very large standard fit out apartment. Dogs are welcome which is great but there is a resident dog who is off lead and walking around the building, perfectly lovely but if you have a reactive dog a bit of pain having to avoid him/her. The check out requirements are a bit hardcore. The last night we had a sign put on our door saying we must, clean fridge, empty bin, clean kitchen, take rubbish out etc. and any infringement would result in €100 reduction from our security deposit. Maybe it’s just me, I’ll always leave accommodation in a good state but I’m also paying a lot of money to relax and have someone else look after me. This plus being chased (quite aggressively) for our final bill by phone on the last night, took the shine off a bit. Remember we’re on holiday!

Value for money was good and pretty standard French alps apartment accom. Bakery service they offer is really handy for quick breakfast options delivered to door. It’s not ski in/out like some VT accom - it’s about a 5 min walk downhill to the slopes but it is possible to ski back via a little off piste track. The spa has decent facilities although is busy around 4-7pm meaning hot tub space is limited.
Staff and cleanliness. Spa had a lot of dirt on the floor. Staff were rude. The in-accom ski shop is more expensive than the ski shops in town and the manager is incredibly rude - even when you’re offering to pay money for a standard board servicing. Reception staff tried to charge us €50 on exit because we left the dishwasher running on checkout. FYI they do a very limited clean between occupants so we thought we would do a dishwasher clean of everything we’d used to benefit the next occupant. The staff backed down after reasoning with them but it left a sour taste in the mouth.
