A acomodação é bem confortável. Cama e banheiro espaçosos. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã muito bom.
Infelizmente a falta de atenção com itens do banheiro como shampoo (faltando) e itens para banheira não suficientes. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, porém, pouco pensado para famílias e principalmente com crianças. Não há brinquedos internos, a piscina é externa e não aquecida. Poderiam ter pelo menos um parquinho interno. Valor de diária muito alto e ao fazer checkout fui supreendida com um valor (opcional) para a governança. Por favor, repassem parte do valor da diária em comissão para os funcionários e não façam essa taxa extra. Não faz sentido algum cobrarem isso. Já fiquei em diversos hotéis e nunca me cobraram valores de governança. O hotel não tem nenhum diferencial pelo valor de diária cobrado.
