Generally, a good hotel. at the beginning when we went into the rooms, it was very clean and good enough compared to this type of hotels. however, staying two nights in the hotel without any room services or cleaning was unbelievable especially with COVID 19 precautions and governmental frequent announcement. the staff claim that due to the privacy of family they do the service upon request which was not been mentioned at the check in.
