We had an amazing time during our stay at Polifemo! Everything was fully in line with our expectations from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and truly enjoy our vacation.
A special thank you goes to Maria and Lucas—they were absolutely fantastic! Their hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness contributed so much to our holiday feeling.

* sehr nette Vermieterin mit hilfreichen Tipps
* direkte Strandlage, schöner Balkon mit direktem Blick aufs Meer
* geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in freundlichen Farben - sehr ansprechend, mit praktischer Küchenlösung und sehr großem Bad inkl. Waschmaschnine, die Wohnung wird vom Stiegenhaus aus über eine zweite wohnungseigene Loggia (zum Innenhof offen) betreten, dort kann man problemlos Schuhe, Badebekleidung, Wäschetrockner aufstellen - sogar Waschbecken dort vorhanden
* Ausstattung Hauptschlafraum mit Klimaanlage, Küche/Einzelbett-Zimmer nur mit Ventilator - hat Anfang Juli gut gepasst
* privates Wohnhaus, keinerlei Lärmbelästigung im Haus, für mich persönlich (trotz eher lärmempfindlicher Veranlagung) kein störender Lärm von Straße oder Lokalen in der Umgebung
* man kann mit der Badekleidung direkt über die Straße zum Meer gehen - schöner Kiesstrand, kostenloser Strandabschnitt oder günstige Liegen Anfang Juli wählbar, kostenpflichtige Dusche am Strand
* sehr gute Busverbindung direkt ins Zentrum von Taormina - viele hilfreiche Tipps direkt von der Vermieterin erhalten
* viele Restaurants entlang der Strandpromenade, einzelne Geschäfte
* Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung kostenlos (Anm: das Parken in der Straße vor dem Haus ist jedoch den Einwohnern vorbehalten)

Close to the beach but not a beach for children because of big waves. Parking opportunity in the basement was a great option because no free parking in the streets.
Not very modern apartment.
