Ich bin Freitag Nachmittag angereist und Samstag morgens wieder abgereist.

Das Haus ist extrem verwohnt. Alte Teppichböden,, alte Vorhänge, uralte Betten. Im Badezimmer habe versucht Wasser aufzuregen und hatte die Mischbatterie in der Hand. So könnte ich weiter erzählen

Die Unterkunft ist OK , sollte aber zeitnah renoviert werden . Teppichböden sind nicht jedermanns Sache . Für mich zwar OK , aber für Allergiker wie z. B. meine Tochter wären sie eine Katastrophe .

Nette Lage

Verwahrlostes Grundstück: kniehohes Gras ,- wegen Zecken in der Gegend nicht begehbar, eine Ahnung von Kinderschaukelgestell, was am zerfallen ist, Beischuppen verfallener Eindruck ...usw.... Das Haus: Fenster milchig !, unsaubere Küche, z.B. Kaffeespritzflecken in der Besteckschublade, schmuddelige Lichtschalter....überall alles abgenutzt... Spinnweben, ein muffiger Geruch im gesamten Haus, durchgesesenes Sofa, abgenutzter sich klebrig anfühlender Esstisch ...usw...., Terassen: auf der einen Terasse lagen Bretter, stand eine rostige Tonne, die andere Terasse war nicht ganz fertiggestellt, insgesamt alles sehr abgenutzt.... usw. Wir haben einige Fotos gemacht und ein paar hier gesendet. Eine Nachbarin erzählte uns, dass nach Abreise unseres Vorgängers - am selben Tag unserer Ankunft, keine Endreinigung erfolgt sei... Der Teppichboden schien gestaubsaugt, die Bodenfliesen in Bad und Küche ohne Krümmel. Sanitär war ohne erschreckende Flecken,. Aber alles ist abgenutzt, rissige Waschbeckenoberfläche zum Ablauf hin,. Glanz und Matt wechselten sich überall auf den Flächen ab...die Holzwand, lackiert, als Teil der Duschwand war bei dem gesamtmuffigen Geruch im Haus nicht vertrauenserweckend. Wir sind eine Stunde nach unserer Ankunft wieder abgereist. Es war uns zu ekelig. In der Bewertung sollte man die Bequemlichkeit der Betten angeben. Ich wählte :-( , ohne je auf den Betten gelegen zu haben, weil ich mir in diesem muffeligen Haus das Liegen im Bett nicht bequem vorstellen konnte. Ich bitte das beim Lesen zu berücksichtigen. Novasol Leider gab es nach unserer Bescherde pee Telefon bei Novasol nach deren zugesagten Begutachtung des Hauses vor Ort , keine Rückmeldung oder gar ein Entschädigungsangebot.

Eine Frage des Anspruchs

Es gab Strom, fließendes Wasser, und es war warm. 😉 Feuerholz für den Ofen war auch da, ausreichend für ca 5-6 Tage. Die Sofas waren überraschend bequem. Auf der Terrasse ist es im Sommer bestimmt schön zu sitzen, wir waren allerdings im Winter dort und hatten nur Mistwetter... Dafür kann aber das Haus nichts.

Das Bad. Bitte, bitte, unbedingt sanieren! Angefaulte Holzverkleidung, ein notdürftig reparierter Schrank,.... Allgemein viel zu wenig Steckdosen im Haus (ohne Schutzleiter!), die Installation ist von anno dazumal. Wir sind mit wenig Ansprüchen angereist, ein paar Dinge jedoch... Wenn man beim Aufstehen von der Toilette mit dem Kopf an die Wand stößt.... (Kleine Personen) große dürften Probleme haben, die Beine unter zu bringen. Die Platzierung der Außeneinheit der Wärmepumpe auf der Terrasse ist etwas ungünstig gewählt. Traufseitig an der Außenwand wäre besser gewesen, da würde sie weniger stören. Und noch ein Punkt, der jedoch nicht das Haus betrifft.... Wer an Silvester mit Hund wegen dem Feuerwerksverbot auf die Insel möchte... Vergesst es. Daran hält sich keiner! In der direkten Umgebung wurde sehr viel und lange geknallt. 😪
