El servicio y la calidez en el servicio, ademas de que fue una estancia segura.
El desayuno, comprendo que es continental, pero hubiera preferido que me cobren un poco mas pero que ofrezcan un desayuno por lo menos un poco mas variado, adicional tuve que salir del hotel a comprar bebidas.

Su ubicación.
Entras al lobby y huele mal, la habitación asignada olía demasiado a cigarro; el baño realmente no estaba limpio. Polvo, suciedad e instalaciones viejas.
