Exceptional

Tranquil, functional, clean new villa. Beautifully decorated. Attention in details. Great value for money! It actually exceeded our expectations, since the photos in booking.com don't do justice to it. Can't wait to get back!

Very pleasant holiday villa in a quiet area

Good location close to quiet beach , well placed for walking the southern gorges. Close to an excellent and cheap taverna, well signposted, easy parking

Nothing to complain about really, kitchen a little cramped perhaps only two electric rings

Nice place near the beach

Lovely furnishings Good and quiet location 2 min walk to beach with great swimming 1 minute walk to lovely local tavern Breezy outdoor terrace

Room was very small Shower could have benefitted from a shower curtain. Otherwise the water went over the bathroom floor Grounds were messy and littered.

Best choise in Frangokastello

Beautifuly renovated villas. Very comfortable bed. excellent communication. Very close to the sea. Very giid sir conditioning.

Superb

The decor in the villa was lovely! It was just a 2 minute walk to a nice taverna and to a great beach. The host left us some nice treats during our stay too. Internet was good. Very quiet at night.

All good! A security light in the room was very bright in the room but we were able to cover it up and the host was responsive on email and offered to cover it up if needed, so it was easily resolved.

perfect - love this place!

super fancy apartment - very stylish! Great view, super nice people, very great terasse. Perfect restaurant around the corner - and also the beach! Great beds - not too soft and not to hard!

Amazing location

The place was in a great spot, great view of the sea and the mountains behind it. It was very clean. Good for some peace and quiet with amazing homey and cheap taverns around.

The place had a strong smell not necessarily bad but it was intense, maybe a type of detergent they use.

Each flat has its own terrace.

The place is very small inside (one cannot reasonably use the kitchen, the entrance door hit the bed, you can barely move in the bathroom) which is especially surprising given the empty space around. The shower has no door and the bathroom gets entirely wet when used. The property is placed on the edge of a large neighborhood of summer villas. When we visited most of them were empty which gave the place a desolate feel.

Location was good, very quiet and peaceful. Veranda was also very nice The room was really tasteful, no problems at all

The bed was too soft and not very comfortable for me The staff was nowhere to be found, the room was not cleaned during my stay

Great place and conveniences. Located near best tavern in the neighborhood. Clean, working ac, apartment situated just a few steps from the sea. Lovely!

This villa offers you a truly unforgettable experience of the southern coast of Crete. Facing the Libyan See, just a few hundred meters from it, Pasithea can become your home for the time spent there.

We tried to prolong out stay but it was not possible because the property has already been booked by the next guests.

Exceptional

The house is lovely decorated, clean and cosy. Super close to the beach. the daughter of the host was super friendly and taking care of everything. As we had some troubles due to the actual situation she tried to get all information we needed.

Sometimes some problems with electricity but not bad at all.

Great peaceful stay

Very comfortable, calming, cozy design. The villa is new, excellent AC. Easy contactless check in. The shower doesn't have a door so it tends to get the floor quite wet but it's a great shower! Definitely check out the Dux cafe down the road. It had the best coffee we've had in a while!

We were in villa #5 and it was right by the entrance gate. It was a little bit awkward when people drove in and could see in. But the window faces the sea so we understand. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper, it would have been useful to have 1 more spare. Be aware this villa doesn't have a washing machine.
