Loved it! Beautiful place, really comfortable and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The bed was the comfiest we stayed in. The room was nice and cool despite the heat outside. Lovely to spot wildlife at the pool. Shout out to the girl at reception who was really helpful with laundry and take away and the really nice waitress we had for a few days at lunch 😊

Only thing that was an issue was the laundry, the stuff came back shrunken and colours weren’t separated so my yellow top was dyed grey. Would have been happy to wait longer for things to be done properly.

Our room was pretty and had an amazing balcony view filled with greenery. Staff were amazing!

Limited food options at the restaurant. Transport has to be arranged with reception as location is quite far for a small town.

The whole Hotel Area is beautifully arranged, sometimes you even see monkeys and snakes. The pool is refreshing as it should be in the hot climate. The rooms stay surprisingly cool even without AC on. Great food in the restaurant.

However there are some things that really annoyed us. The so called breakfast box to take away onto a tour was the smallest i ever received on any vacation ever. The restaurant, which is excellent in taste (...great for dinner) opens at 1 pm and is closed on thursday for lunch. Also the preparation takes 1 hour at lunchtime. So do not expect to eat before 2 pm. If you get hungry before or are in a hurry the only possibility is to order from outside or walk 15 minutes in the heat along a dirty road. The receptionist told us to order ourself using a WhatsApp chat on thursday. No assistance whatsoever from the personel. Some of the personal seem to be more interested in their notebooks than in offering real assistance to the guests (but i have to sad others are also very friendly to be fair). Anyway, the result of ordering is a huge amount of plastic waste due to the packaging. Not so good for proclaimed ecotourism. Maybe at least some (veggie) sandwiches to offer in the future? Also i find it interesting that the restaurant does not accept charging on the room number but expects immediat payment. I get that they are separate obviosly, but its unnecessarily complicatet. Lastly i think its too bad that the restaurant offers meat and is not vegetarian, however every food is available as veggie Option.i would have found it a nice example to be told next to a nature restaurant to be exklusively vegetarian, as its obvious to see (and smell sometime) that the Livestock farming is also destroying the nearby nature/Environment... So called ecotourism. Its a missed Opportunity to Show people that meat is not needed in a good meal. Just my opinion, make of it what you will.

Good food at cafe. Nice staff all round, who tried to help solve no hot shower issue. Nice gardens.

Only solar hot water which didn’t work when cloudy and cold. Was offered to shower in another room with an electric hot water heater. Solar should have a back up for all rooms as temperatures can be low. 15 deg during day when we were there. Staff encouraged us not to walk on road due to wet weather, so suggested taxi to get anywhere. Rooms are nicely decorated but that is pointless if the basics such as hot water are not working.
