It was a comfortable stay. I could walk to the main points of the city, which is very safe. Thank you so much, Boy, for having taken good care of me! He was free one day, and I told him I was going to visit a site, so he drove me there without me asking.

Everything was as expected, toilet and rooms were spotless, great value for money. Staff was perfect in helping us with ferry timings to Labuan, and gave us helpful advice regarding Brunei's attractions.
Wished restaurant was operational.

The staff at The Capital Residence Suites were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was the main disappointment. The food was quite poor and there were very limited options for children, so our kids struggled to find something they wanted to eat.
On the positive side, the hotel provided a complimentary transfer, which was excellent and very convenient. The staff also helped us find a driver for the whole day, and we were very grateful for that — it made exploring much easier.
Overall, the service and helpful attitude of the staff were the strongest points of our stay.
