Personale super-accogliente e disponibile. Accettato check-in tardivo senza supplementi. Siamo arrivati un paio d'ore dopo l'orario comunicato e siamo stati accolti con massima disponibilità e senza fretta, con particolare attenzione per i ns. bambini. Colazione giusta nella proposta e la ragazza al servizio molto gentile e pronta nell'accogliere le richieste dei vari clienti.
generalmente tutto molto bene, forse avremmo gradito colazione con prodotti un po' più freschi ma per il costo non potevamo veramente chiedere di più.

The dinner provided by the hotel is surprisingly good and the portions were sufficient as well.
I stayed at Montana for a week, in order to attend a winter school taking place nearby at Fai. This is definitely a family hotel, not for people from foreign countries (very limited English-speaking skills) who are travelling for business or need basic functionalities, such as good internet connection, power sockets, clean towels every day etc.
I had to ask for shampoo since the room service doesn't refill automatically (and even then, you would get very small samples that aren't sufficient for 2 people). Hand towels weren't changed once in 6 days.
We had asked for a double bed but instead we got two single beds merged in one (with a pillow in the middle). We also had a bunk bed (although we booked for a double room) which took up most of the available space.
I was frustrated by the receptionist who insisted on paying upon arrival (and by that I mean the exact moment that we entered the doorstep) although we had a 7-hour journey. They wouldn't give us keys to our room, unless we payed the full price beforehand.
The rooms are definitely not soundproof, since we could hear everything happening on the same floor.
The breakfast was also very limited and some of the plates were cold (e g. scrambled eggs) and would not be replaced once they were finished.
