Very good hotel, clean and well maintened, the staff is helpful and hardworking. Good breakfast, quiet location, very close to the old center. Room was cleaned everyday. Recommended for an enjoyable family stay!

It was clean, the breakfast was okay, the pool also
The staff cleaned the room very late, at 5 pm, the food was the same every day not very versatile, we kept getting two coffees and bathroom amenities although we were three people in the room.

When booking through Booking.com, we had two options: non-refundable, around €20 cheaper, and refundable. We chose the cheaper option because we knew we would not cancel. Booking.com only stated that the non-refundable booking could not be cancelled or refunded. It did not say that we could be moved to a different type of accommodation.
At check-in, reception told us there was a possibility we might be moved to an apartment the next day. We accepted this, as we had already arrived and paid.
Our first night was 10/10 — the room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful pool view.
The next morning, after breakfast, we were told we had to move to the apartment because of our non-refundable booking. The apartment was very disappointing: lower level, old, water marks on the walls, a tiny bathroom with no light, and an old kitchen. It was clearly a much lower standard than our hotel room and was not shown in the Booking.com photos.
We asked if we could pay extra to stay in the hotel, but there were no available rooms. We had paid €295 for two nights with breakfast, but decided to leave and lost one paid night.
Later, after we had already left and booked another hotel, they offered us a hotel room again, but it was already too late to return.
The hotel and our first room were great, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing. This possibility should have been clearly stated on Booking.com when choosing the non-refundable option.
