Love the cabin design and animals mounts. Felt very comfortable and homey. It felt like being in the mountains! Very clean & the staff was so kind.
The spa was sadly not working and the pool was FREEZING! (But it’s okay)

The breakfast was very good and we all liked it. The decor of the hotel is great - we loved it. We have family in the area and this was very convenient to be able to spend time with them.

It was 85%empty when we showed up at 8.30am..1hr before 9.30 closing...
No eggs, meat, waffle batter, yogurt, bread etc..
Front Mgr found whoever and restocking took 30-40 mins.
Keys had to be renewed 4 times in 2 days
Bugs in bath area
Breakfast not being ready slows everyone down
Both nights we were there we heard other people checking in that had been checked into occupied or still dirty rooms..
