REGENCY: A recently restored apartment, right in front of Praia da Rocha. The apartment is on the front line on the 3rd floor of the Atlantic Building. It has fantastic sea views, a balcony where you can relax. The living, dining and kitchen are in a common space. Giving access to an outside balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. kettle, toaster. Induction hob to cook your meals quickly etc. The sofa makes bed for two people and has air conditioning. Includes cable TV and internet. A parking space. A double bedroom furnished with lots of storage. Another interior room with single bed. The bathroom has shower basin and toilet. Just get off at the elevator, it's right in front of the beach access stairs. The building is surrounded by shops, cafes, etc. No car needed for everyday shopping. If you want to go to the shopping center or move to the center of Portimao. There is the bus stop in front of the building.

Prime location overlooking the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, all cafes, restaurants, pubs & shops.The communication from the host was first class and everything was very easy from entering the property to leaving. Would definitely recommend…

Excellent location close to beach, restaurants, bar, and shopping. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Graca the host is very responsive and very professional. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Perfect location - the balcony view was so special. So many food options within a short walk, and great to have underground parking! This was our honeymoon, so we had champagne & natas waiting for us, and roses on the bed. Very thoughtful! Would definitely recommend to friends, and would absolutely book here again!
