Modern looking and nice and clean. Just what i expected from a caravan stay. The site is very tidy and quiet, although it looks busy. Train passes regularly but we did not find it annoying, it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!
No issue with property just booking.com, they need to update check in times as it is not what they state!

Lovely quiet location near a pub ( unused as we don't drink), busy railway line but only daytime, and we were out exploring then. Nice and clean site and mobile home. Friendly staff also. Secure by way of a key entrance barrier, Would use again as a good place to reach the coast and the beautiful city of York. Thank you

Caravan was exceptionally clean well furnished
Fire lights worked but heater unfortunately didn’t but didn’t dampen stay as central heating worked
