The location is an advantage as it is situated near the mall and with shops nearby. Close also to my relatives which makes it easy to go to them by just walking in less than 10 minutes.
The room was not well-ventilated. Glasses for toothbrush are stained on the bottom which wasnt really pleasing to use for gargling. Some flooring tiles are chipped making it unsafe if accidentally stepped on. Requested for room service but it seems like the hanging sign turned to do not disturb so when i returned, it was the same mess i met up when i arrive. food wasnt that appetizing. personally, i cannot recommend. one thing really hassled me was you need to get breakfast coupon from the front desk time to time before you can have your breakfast. something that wasnt disclosed during check-in. so the staff in the dining area had to talk loud from my back asking each other if i had presented my breakfast coupon prior sitting down there. i find it annoying really when im just sitting nearby and within their reach. Would have been simplier if somebody told me that i need to secure that coupon prior getting my food and sit there. staff are friendly though, just not informative enough to tell you their common hotel rules that are not common in some hotels i've been to. In addition, the early check-in charge when compared to some hotels i've been to was dramatically exorbitant.
