Great location in a nice italian town. The Person in the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good! Everything was clean and what we expected. They have a locked room to place bikes.

Kind and welcoming personnel, nice breakfast
Unfortunately the rooms are a bit loud as you can hear the showers from the other rooms and the voices from the corridor.

The hotel is very convenient for visiting the center of Spilimbergo.
Although it is an older building, it is certainly well maintained, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms.
We were able to leave our motorbike in the inner courtyard and enjoy a good breakfast.
The friendly and very helpful staff gave us excellent advice for visiting the surrounding area.
