Location location location. Prior to arrival, communication was great - had 13hr delay
Have stayed before a few years ago - very happy so booked again.
No staff at reception the whole morning - cleaner said they would be here at 14:00 🤷🏻 I left at 11:00

Great location. Very easy checkin. Spacious and clean hostel. Very quiet. Comfy bed, but not the pillow. Kitchen ok, nice to have a good hob and oven. But although a big fridge, it is not cold - needs to be cold please. And virtually no utensils to cook or to eat with 😕 shower room nice size but shower is useless as drips down the wall mainly - needs cleaning please, but is hot. A clean hostel.
Showers need cleaning
Fridge needs to be set to a colder setting

People were helpful and nice. Location and price were good.
Bed was so uncomfortable, real pillow would be better. There is night club in downstair. Noisy.
