I stayed here for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The owner is incredibly kind, considerate, and genuinely helpful, which made my stay especially comfortable and easy. My room was bright and spacious. It was very convenient that the lobby also serves as a coffee shop, so it was simple to grab a drink or get some work done without leaving the property.
The place was consistently very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. There’s also an on-site laundry service available for a small fee, which I used a few times and found very convenient.
An adorable, playful kitten lives on site and really adds to the charm, making the place feel even more warm and homey. For anyone who enjoys sports, there are both pickleball and tennis courts nearby, both about a five-minute walk away.
One of the things I appreciated most is that the property is tucked away from the heavy tourist crowds of the Old Town, yet still close enough that you can walk there in about 15 minutes for restaurants and cafés. There are also two great nearby restaurants, Peanut and Mate, just about two minutes away, which are perfect when you don’t feel like going far.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An.
