Everything was perfect 👌

The 1st floor which consisted of a beautiful large bedroom with exposed old beams, a further lovely bedroom (which we did not use) and a separate toilet and basin. The garden was very secure for our small dog who was welcomed and enjoyed her freedom.

The ground floor was dark, dated and dangerous. This open area consisted of a lounge, kitchen and separate bathroom. Outside of this area was a old conservatory which prevented daylight into the room making it very dark. The kitchen area was tiny and had a sink, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a gas camping cooking hob (no oven)all within a space of approx 5 square metres. All of these appliances were extremely old and needed replacing. The bathroom was adjacent to the kitchen area and although it functioned reasonably well, like the kitchen was in need of updating. The staircase was very dangerous with small different levels at the top of both flights of stairs. The entrance door had a similar problem and needed highlighting to show the step up into the dark lounge area.

Lovely people. A good place to meet French people in their environment.

One bedroom was off of the other one.
