What we loved most was the spaciousness of the apartment, the large balcony overlooking the bay and the views were absolutely spectacular both during the morning and night. The king size bed was very comfortable and luxurious. We were a group of 4 adults and we never got into each other’s way and it was very relaxing. It was nice that the apartment was cleaned twice during our stay which kept everything clean.
I booked the property as I really wanted to enjoy the luxurious experience of a bath. Unfortunately, the water kept coming out of the bath. I sent a message to Robby & Rajiv and was promised that maintenance would be over to have a look and try to repair. Nobody came to look at the bath and it was never followed up. So I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.
The shower leaked in the 2nd bedroom. The dishwasher needs to be repaired. Generally, there are some maintenance that needs to get done in this particular apartment.

Liked the location, quality of the equipment there and the facilities in the complex.
Property manager Robby was helpful, interactive during our stay there.
Minor items but with watchful housecleaning, maintenance staff these two defects could have been avoided.
One bathroom the hand held shower was not working
Another bathroom the toilet seat was very loose.

Kein Garten (wie in der Beschreibung auf der Website der lokalen Vermietung erwähnt) vorhanden
Mikrowelle sowie 2 der 3 Fernseher defekt
Sauberkeit grenzwertig (z.B.: beim Barfusslaufen direkt nach Einzug hatte man nach kurzer Zeit komplett schwarze Füsse)
Pool um die Ecke trotz expliziter vorheriger Zusage nach ein paar Tagen wg. Renovation geschlossen
Keine Reaktion auf Aufforderung zur Preisreduktion trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung, nur Angebot für ein Lunch
