Located in Rawai, this attractive villa for $131 per night is a great option for your next break. The 1600 m2 property is located in Rawai, in a quiet and residential area. You have nearby, within walking distance, restaurants, massages, hairdressers, laundry, supermarket, bank, bar, pharmacy, doctor, typical Thai markets with local fruits and vegetables. The magnificent beaches of Nai-Harn and Ya-nuy, classified as the most beautiful beaches on the island, are 4 km from the villa. The property consists of a villa, an independent studio, the swimming pool with its jacuzzi, a sala thai shelter-pavilion, a superb garden, and parking. -- interior space -- ....The living room consists of a living room with sofas and a sofa, a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, multi-function oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, extractor hood and all the necessary and sufficient crockery, electric coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils of kitchen necessary for your meals.. All the rooms of the villa open onto the outdoor terraces through large bay windows. From inside, you always have a view of the garden or the swimming pool. .... the 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. Each room is equipped with a king size bed (2m x 2m), a flat screen TV, a dressing room, large mirrors, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. They have direct access to the terraces through large bay windows. You have: -- 1 chest, -- wifi -- 4 flat screen televisions with international channels and TV5 in French via satellite cable. -- outdoor area -- .... the outside terraces, covered with ceiling fans, equipped with tables and chairs for your dinners, have direct access to the swimming pool. A barbecue is at your disposal. .... the swimming pool and its jacuzzi Around are installed deckchairs and parasols to offer you relaxation, idleness and guaranteed tanning. An outdoor shower to refresh you. .... the sala thai, a small pavilion next to the swimming pool will allow you to relax while consulting your computer, have an aperitif or simply relax while admiring the garden. It is a total disorientation. .... the magnificent garden, planting superb tropical trees and multicolored and fragrant flowers, bougainvillea, frangipani, jasmine, etc... You will be amused by the chirping of birds and the antics of squirrels in the trees. .... parking inside the property to park your cars, scooters or motorcycles. The property is fully fenced. THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES: -- sheets and bath towels provided, -- beach towels provided, -- cleaning service, an employee takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa -- Wireless -- T.V. cable satellite -- water -- pool maintenance -- maintenance of the garden. EXTRA CHARGE : Electricity is your responsibility. The meter is read on your arrival and on your departure. Electricity consumption is to be paid on the day of departure. BAIL : A deposit of 500 euros (in cash) is deposited on the day of arrival. It will be fully returned on the day of departure, after the inventory, if no damage is found. The minibus driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa where we will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. We can reserve a means of transport for you, essential to visit this magnificent island and move freely. Car, scooters, motorcycles will be delivered to you at the villa on your arrival. If you wish to reserve a vehicle, you will not have to pay anything upon reservation, you will pay directly to the lessor on the day of delivery to the villa. -- We can advise you on places to visit on the island and excursions to do at sea (the magnificent bay of Phan-nga, the islands of Kho Phi-Phi, big game fishing, etc.... Lovely spacious villa. The outside space is like a beautiful tranquil tropical hideaway. Private and quiet. Photos are accurate representation. Hosts very helpful and on hand if needed. Not really walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants or beach so be prepared to hire a vehicle or get a lot of taxis! Didn’t want to leave!

Dan and Bridgette were such lovely hosts. The villa is gorgeous, very spacious surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The pool is beautiful to swim in and relax around. Wonderful holiday, can’t wait to go back!

Very quiet and relaxing.
The property is neatly tucked away in a quiet street, but also close enough to many shops, bars and restaurants. The gardens are large and beautiful, filled with trees and flowers. The pool area is a great place to relax and have a swim. The owners could not do enough and we’re on hand whenever we needed anything. It was a very nice experience and one I would highly recommend.

Wonderful.
Stayed at this property for 12 days in February. The pictures on the website show a beautiful garden and I didn't expect them to be the same but on arrival I was proved wrong. The villa is very spacious with a very large garden that is absolutely filled with beautiful flowers and trees. The villa contains everything needed in the spacious living area including the kitchen. The whole building is surrounded by a covered outdoor terrace with comfortable seating and dining area. The property is cleaned everyday except Sunday including the outside and pool surround. The charming owners visited us on our arrival and came to say goodbye on our departure day.
The area around the villa is very quiet and is in easy reach by car to some of the best beaches I have ever seen also in walking distance to local restaurants.
The bedrooms are very well furnished with plenty of storage wardrobes and drawers.
If you like the sound of birdsong you are in for a treat!
We were very happy there and look forward to returning next year.

Dans house is a really nice house to enjoy your holiday. It is comfortable, has a very good kitchen, a very nice outdoor area where you can sit in the evenings and is set in a beautiful garden with pool. In the garden there is an extra house/apartment and a lounge area. Beautiful! Shops, restaurants are 10 minutes away. You are conveniently close to beautiful beaches.

It is comfortable, has a very good kitchen, a very nice outdoor area where you can sit in the evenings and is set in a beautiful garden with pool. Verstecktes Meer der Ruhe
Wunderbares Haus versteckt in einer Siedlung. Man lebt mitten im Grünen und merkt die Häuser darum überhaupt nicht. Rawai ist sehr schön und angenehm für Familien und Besucher die Ruhe suchen.
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen würde es wieder perfekt machen. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig in der Fläche und mit riesigen Räumen. Die großen Fenster lassen einen im Freien Leben. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern gesichert. Die Ventilatoren reichen vollkommen aus. Die AC hatten wir nie an, da der Strom extra abgerechnet wird.
Ein Auto oder Roller würden wir empfehlen, da weder viele Restaurants noch der Strand in Laufweite sind.
Die vielen Videoüberwachungskameras auf dem Grundstück sind hoffentlich wirklich alle ausgeschaltet.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können die Villa empfehlen.

Typisch Thailändisches Flair gepaart mit europäischem Komfort
Paradiesisches und gesichertes Objekt mit sehr gepflegtem und wundervoll angelegtem tropischen Garten; die Whirlpool-Landschaft sowie das integrierte schattenspendende Poolhäuschen laden zum Verweilen und Relaxen ein; das Haupthaus verfügt rundherum über eine großzügige schattenspendende Überdachung mit umlaufender Terrasse, von der man von allen Zimmern separat ins Freie (große Terrassentüren alle mit Fliegengittern) gelangen kann, sodass eine ungestörte und unabhängige Atmosphäre mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gewährleistet ist.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmack- und stilvoll mit allem erdenklichen Komfort, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres ansprechendes Nebenhaus mit ähnlicher Ausstattung. Eine Haushälterin sorgt täglich für Sauberkeit, erledigt unauffällig und diskret alle anfallenden Arbeiten im Haus und Garten. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem gepflegten Wohngebiet in ruhiger Lage, diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Taxi oder Tuk-Tuk gelangt man nach wenigen Minuten an den Stränden Rawai, Nai-Harn, Kata oder Karon Beach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Très belle villa dans un magnifique jardin tropical!
Excellent accueil de Dan! Dans cette villa de 270m2 il y a 3 chambres dont une séparée dans un bâtiment style Thai avec tout le confort et près de la piscine. Dans la villa les 2 chambres possèdent une salle de bain les lits sont très confortables literie de 210x200. De nombreux placards . Toutes la villa est climatisée y compris la chambre séparée. Cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Salon très confortable. Toutes les pièces sont équipées d’un téléviseur. Dan demeure dans une maison près de la location ce qui est rassurant en cas de problème technique ou autre. De plus il est de bon conseil pour organiser des excursions comme pour la visite de l’il De James bond ou Ko phi phi et également des adresses de restauration à Rawai . Une femme de ménage est présente tous les jours et fait les lits tous les matins et entretien la maison ! Cette personne est très discrète. Un accès à la villa par une allée arborée avec 2 portails permet de mettre un véhicule en sécurité. La villa est sécurisée la nuit par un éclairage. Le jardin est complètement clos. Dans le prix de la location tout est compris, sauf l’électricité pour 8 nuits nous avons réglé environ 1560 Bath soit 6 Bath du Klw heure. Très raisonnable ! Donc cette villa pour 8 nuits pour moins de 1000€. C’edt Génial ! Merci encore à Dan!

Nous avons été émerveillés par cette maison et son jardin magnifique ( encore plus beau que sur les photos) et nous avons apprécié le calme environnant. Malgré tout, commerces et services sont à portée de main. Dan et Brigitte, les propriétaires que nous remercions énormément, nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été de très bon conseil et service. N'hésitez-pas, franchement vous ne le regretterez pas !

UNE OASIS DANS LE MEILLEUR SECTEUR DE PHUKET !
Magnifique propriété au cœur de Rawai conforme aux descriptions et photos consultées sur le site. Dan et son épouse nous ont très bien reçus, ils ont été de bons conseils et ont organisé la logistique pour nous accueillir (transferts aéroport-maison, location de scooter ...) ce qui est très appréciable. Que dire de la location ? Jardin magnifique et reposant, belle piscine avec sa balnéo où nous avons passé beaucoup de bons moments, maison spacieuse et confortable, très bien équipée, personnel gentil. Comme nous l'a dit Dan, "c'est un petit coin de paradis" ! . A l'écart de Patong et de sa vie tumultueuse ! .Nous reviendrons en famille ...

La maison tient toutes ses promesses: lieu calme, chambres et dépendances spacieuses et très bien meublées, prestations globales haut de gamme.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le lieu de la villa: proche des commerces et des plages, dans un environnement propice à la découverte de l'île.
Les restaurants et les activités ne manquent pas à proximité...
Nous sommes touchés par ces vacances en famille ( trois enfants ) et nous remercions avec grande sincérité Dan et Brigitte pour la réussite de ces 15 jours.

Fantasmagorique !!!!
La vie passe tellement vite qu'on en oublie certaines choses essentielles... cet endroit est magique, c'est un véritable petit coin de paradis. On s'y sent vraiment bien et l'accueil est à la hauteur de nos attentes... Les proprietaires sont exceptionnels et d'une gentillesse et générosité qui sont rares de nos jours. Ces personnes sont chaleureuses, nous avons hâte d'y retourner et de pouvoir prendre notre revanche au rami. Il y a beaucoup de
choses à dire et nous avons beau chercher les points négatifs...nous ne les trouvons pas. Nous conseillons également le petit resto "chez nicolas" situé à une centaine de mètres, il répondra à toutes vos attentes et besoins.

Super séjour
Nous avons séjourné près de deux semaines dans ce véritable havre de paix. Bungalow très bien agencé, entretenu quotidiennement par une charmante thaïlandaise, un jardin luxuriant et une piscine avec spa des plus agréables au retour de nos balades quotidiennes. Un moyen de transport est malgré tout indispensable si on souhaite découvrir l'île. Nous vous recommandons la location d'un scooter. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité d'un petit restaurant chaleureux à 100 m de la maison. Nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes très chaleureux et conviviaux qui sont discrets et disponibles. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour passer de superbes vacances.
