Good

Very good selection of breakfast options. Also liked the dinner options and the bill being split over the rooms without even asking. The location is perfect, next to the highway.

I think they are a bit understaffed, as some dishes could not be served and there was often nobody to help you at the reception desk.

The place to stay when you're in the area.

From start to finish the staff was excellent. They helped us in any way needed with zero attitude. The suite was spacious with comfortable furniture, the a/c worked well and the even had spare power adaptors to lend since we left ours at a earlier hotel. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay there.

I wouldn't change a thing.

I will be returning next year!

I absolutely loved the property, the staff and the amenities. The staff were polite, patient and accommodating to our needs. The parking was easy and always available. Rooms were clean and fully serviced each day. I have no complaints about this property.

There was nothing I didnt like about this property. It was off the freeway close to the american bases which made our travels very easy. Staff spoke english and were amazing to be around. I have nothing negative to say about this facility.

Wonderful stay and really good breakfast!

Very clean, great location, and wonderful breakfast.

Smoking in the bar area…but it’s well ventilated, so wasn’t really an issue.

Exceptional

Again, great service at the merkur! Henning's cocktails are awesome. Nicely equipped gym. Food is good!

Parking can be challenging at times but nothing terrible. It would be nice to get different options for breakfast. Just a like to have!

Great location for a short stay in the Ramstein Airbase. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.

Extremely accommodating and friendly hotel!

From booking the room to vacating my room the Hotel and staff were fabulous! Very accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location close to everything. Friendly staff. Good accommodation.

Great location - a 10 min walk to the Landstuhl train station, easy on/off the autobahn, shopping nearby, 8 min from Ramstein AB. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms. Super clean. Plenty of parking. I'd stay here again.

Wi-Fi was slow and had to constantly log on. Coffee was so-so. Not much choice for plant-based diets. We were told to leave the breakfast area when breakfast time ended, even though we didn't finish eating. Beds were so-so. I woke up with a sore back every morning.

Wonderful breakfast and on site restaurant for dinner. Very convenient location right next to the autobahn

While smoking is only permitted in the bar area, the smell permeated to the nearby downstairs rooms

Short, but almost perfect!!!

Our room was clean, and a lot of space, with very good beds! The bathroom was nice and clean, with a perfect shower. The airco on the room, the extra terras outside... The room was perfect!!! When we came at the hotel, the personel was very friendly and helpfull. They did everything they could, to let us enjoy our stay! The breakfast was great! We had a lot of choice, and everything tasted great! We were there to visit a dogshow, most of the time, we don't really mind comfort (or the lack of comfort! ;) )This hotel was a little higher priced than the hotels we used to book. But it was worth every cent! If we come back to this area, we will surely try to get a room in this hotel!

If needed would return for a stay.

Super Clean and well maintained

There’s a sign in the dining room that essentially asks guests not to take breakfast items up to their room as this hotel considers it rude. I didn’t ask about it and I should have. Maybe they meant dish ware? I’m not sure what would be rude about taking a muffin up to ones room. All in all - the hotel was great, super clean, secure and well maintained.

Exceptional

Great place to stay! The staff was very helpful...especially Celene! She went out of her way several times to make our visit perfect. The rooms were very attractive, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had quite a bit of variety! The wine choices were excellent...we especially loved the Feth Black Reisling and the Feth White Burgandy!
