About this villa rental
Nestled in Napier, this attractive villa for $235 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This property is in within easy reach of all the great Napier attractions. 15 minute walk to Napier central city. Fully refurbished and modern - new beds and furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. New master bedroom en-suite, and guest bathroom with large showers, plus an additional guest toilet. 2 heat pumps for both heating and air-conditioning. Great balcony, with new BBQ ready to take advantage of the balmy nights during summer months. A Nespresso machine is available for guest’s use, bring your own coffee pods. 3 adult and 2 kids bikes (with helmets and locks) for your use on the many cycle/walk ways around Napier - go exploring along the beach and extensive cycle ways. Technology available: Sky / Satellite (with Sports), 2 x Smart TVs, WiFi, and security system, Bluetooth speaker. Portable cot and high chair available for guest’s use. The fourth bedroom is a sleep-out adjacent to the double garage - with an additional toilet in the house easily accessible off the balcony. NOTE: Should you require use of the 4th bed in the sleep-out, even for less than 8 people, then an additional per person fee applies to cover additional linen and service cost. Toddlers will need supervision on the balcony as it has been designed with adults in mind (no railings with a 3 foot drop). We expect those renting this property, and their guests, to be responsible and look after the place as if it were your own. Special conditions: Deck not suitable for small children - would need to be supervised if outside. Pets not allowed without prior approval. No smoking inside please. GST: Please note that we have reduced our nightly rates to offset our portion of the recently introduced GST payments.

The house was well mainatined, clean with great amenities, close to town and beach. Lots of room and a safe backyard for my wee grandson.
It lived up to its description online and was a lovely stay. The owners were approachable and organised.

We have just returned from our stay in Napier and we’re so happy with this villa. It was super clean, near to town and had everything we needed and more!!! The bits and bobs in the pantry are really helpful as were the bikes and Netflix. It’s beautifully presented with comfy beds, nice bedding and towels and lots of space for everyone. The hosts were very accomodating and helpful - highly recommend!!!

We were away for a foodie weekend in Hawkes Bay and so did a lot of cooking and eating and the kitchen was excellent and spent plenty of time enjoying the deck. Great place and the hosts were great, would definitely recommend.

We used this property as a base while attending a conference in Napier. It was well situated and the house really well appointed. It was very spacious and easily accommodated us (five adults), so that everyone had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

A beautiful home with lots of room inside and out for all the family. Quiet street in a very central location. The house had everything we needed and more and we really enjoyed the extra sports equipment to play in the back yard.

Lovely spacious home ideal for family visit. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. Sadly for Dads funeral but allowed the wider family to gather and celebrate his long life. Thanks to Paul and Sally for making us feel so welcome.

The house was perfect for us, with three generations of family in Napier for a family wedding. The modernisations are excellent while the character of the house is retained.
The house is fantastically appointed with everything needed plus more.

They thought of everything from the linen to the towels to the spare pillows and blankets if needed to the condiments and use of all the facilities were just outstanding cannot recommended this place enough. The space was amazing for our family the high ceilings just everything so Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou when I’m here next i hope it’s available to rent because I’d definitely be back.

A great house for a group of friends to catch up and enjoy all that Hawke’s Bay has to offer. House was very clean and spacious. Check in process was very easy. Good communication throughout with Sally & Paul.

This is a wonderful property. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Hosts kept in contact to welcome us and see if we needed anything via text. Within walking distance to many sights, experiences and city center We highly recommend this home and will be back in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Paul & Sally’s beautiful villa. Everything was very clean and tidy. We had everything that we required. Having the use of the bikes was an added bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed riding around town and on the coastal pathway. The hosts were brilliant and very easily contactable. The villa is very well renovated - a really lovely place to stay. Thank you, we had the most relaxing time.

Higher Recommend
We really enjoyed our stay :) Thanks for allowing us to stay another night at short notice and being Awesome hosts Paul and Sally. Your House was fully equipped to our needs, was Spacious and fully accommodated our group of 8. Its a Short drive/walk to city centre. Nice quiet neighborhood with dairy around the corner. Big Backyard to ride bikes or play cricket and swings to entertain the kids. We enjoyed ourselves so much we had to stay another night. Highly recommend this place to stay if visiting Napier :)

From the booking communication to check in and throughout the stay, this was our best experience of accomodation in Napier over the 7 years we have been visiting.
The house is everything promised on-line and a little more. It has size and scale for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and has space for everyone to help up.
You are guaranteed to sleep well on great bed with high quality bed linen, a real treat when choosing a bach.
I can not recommend this property enough if you want to enjoy a trip to Napier. Thanks to our hosts for making us feel so welcome and providing a great place to stay.
