The staff was very friendly and helpful to me.
Whatever I didn't like wasn't their fault. It was a particularly hot day and the room was as such. It was close to the outskirts so there was a freeway where you could hear the cars if you opened the windows. As I said, not their fault.

central location with city center and train stations near by
the rooms on the main thoroughfare side were filled with noise of traffic
no electric fans in the room to help with keeping cool (at the time temps outdoor reached 37 Celsius) no air conditioning
