The cleanliness of the room, location, furniture, breakfast.
We found shampoo but not shower gel. The dispenser was empty. One small window on the roof make the room very claustrophobic.

Breakfast was good, however dining room was cramped.
Parking for luggage drop off and collection is awkward . Not fault of hotel, just Porec being a ancient town not built for cars.

Excellent location just outside the old town and near plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's a nice boutique hotel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, including English style scrambled eggs. Nice sized rooms, with good air-conditioning and good wifi speed.

Staff were really lovely and helpful and the location is perfect.
One of our rooms had a bad smell and one room the light switch was hanging off.
