Posto bellissimo! Architettura, posizione e arredamento della struttura sono perfettamente inseriti in un contesto "rural-nobile-popolare", sobrio da un lato ma molto curato, con quel mix di moderno e antico nelle stanze, ma evidentemente storico nella casa, nelle parti comuni e nel giardino (perfettamente in linea con lo stile del centro storico e la sua Abbadia importantissima).
Il valore aggiunto a questa semplice e sobria ma indubbia bellezza del posto, è il personale ed il suo servizio: sempre accogliente ma mai invadente, gentili e pronti per qualunque necessità !
Ciliegina sulla torta, la colazione: beneficia sicuramente del bar annesso alla struttura, comunque tu arrivi la mattina e ti siedi nel tuo tavolo apparentemente spoglio, poi arrivano loro e ti chiedono (anzi, quasi ti consigliano) se vuoi una brioche di quelle fatte da loro... e rimani letteralmente sommerso da croissant di ogni gusto e genere, a dir poco eccezionali e ti chiedono pure se ne vuoi ancora o se vuoi altro (ottima anche la colazione salata, con toast e/o prosciutto tipico davvero buono).
Il Cavallino è perfetto per il tipo di gita/vacanza che uno può immaginare nelle colline del prosecco, consigliatissimo!

- het zalige ontbijt met overheerlijke croissants, pistolets met ham, kaas, salami, lekkere cappuccino
- we hebben er niet kunnen dineren omdat we aankwamen op sluitingsdag van het restaurant maar er waren 2 restaurants op letterlijk een paar stappen bij hen vandaag, wij hebben voor de pizzeria gekozen die dus een paar meter verder in de straat was waar we lekker hebben gegeten
- Kamer ruim genoeg met eigen badkamer
- de privé parkeerplaatsen
- de bar aan de overkant van de straat waar ze ook supervriendelijk zijn
- niets
