Mr. Chai was an incredible host, very kind with many years of experience running his guesthouse and helpful advice for getting around. The location is great and the facilities comfortable. I definitely recommend!

The place was pretty old school (which I loved), placed directly in the center of the Old Town. The personel was helpful and easy-going. The place was very clean and accomodating.
The terrace was close to the noisy street, which wouldn't be a problem. The thing is that, the terrace was neither cleaned up or available. I.e. it was blocked by the car each night, making the experience a bit odd. The same inside, lots of stuff blocking the seats or tables.

Quiet private room in a quirky building. Located close to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfy, but the room was dark and damp. AC leaked quite a bit but the owner is aware. The bathroom in the hall was a bit smelly and it wafted into our room, not so nice. But good for value for basic accomodation.
