入住時，覺得房間很乾淨整潔。打掃的阿姨親切有禮。
交通方便。
價格親民。
1. 問櫃檯如何去澄清湖棒球場？他回答我說可以幫我叫計程車。我說我想搭公車，他建議到鳳山火車站附近搭車。（沒有達到我的標準：至少告訴我到哪條街或明顯建築物及搭幾號公車。）
我後來自己探索的答案：出大門後向右轉，走到鳳山醫院，搭16A或16B到澄清湖棒球場。
（16B假日沒班次）。
2. 週日清晨兩點左右，竟然有人按我住的507門鈴，我並沒有開門。後來就睡著了。（起床後，沒睡好；但沒有向櫃檯反應。）
3. 看不到煒來、DAZN 、民視及三立等第四台。

整體來說都還不錯，還有專用的停車場更是加分
冰箱冷度不夠，隔天早上拿出來的東西都不怎麼冰，原本前一天還結凍的水，隔天早上拿出來都解凍了

滿意WiFi速度很快，一樓有飲水機很方便裝水，還有提供機車停車場，浴室整潔乾淨～
樓層好像有煙味，感覺隔音效果沒有很好
