晚上過10點集中在一樓使用吹風機，保持住宿區安寧 櫃檯人員友善 宿舍房內有可上鎖的置物櫃
浴室太少間 離捷運站有點距離

地點離淡水河岸很近，走路5分鐘之內就能到，空間及設施以個人住過的青旅來說，是相當不錯的。
房間床位距離公共浴室及盥洗處太近了，有些噪音避不了，但對選擇青旅的人來說，應該是可以接受的。

位置方便，車可停福興停車場走下來3分鐘(露天停車)。 浴室乾濕分離放毛巾衣服方便，有附二合一洗髮沐浴乳。
有個很大的缺點，床鋪拉簾太短，不是頭沒遮到就是中間沒遮到，對於一個住在男女混宿的房間裡真的是很不方便、沒安全感。床隔間又有縫隙，別的床位光會透進來，這兩點導致睡不太好。如果時間太晚需到一樓使用吹風機，不過那個地方會有些人坐在那休息，個人不會很想在那樣的地方吹頭髮

隔音非常差，廁所很小間 自己拆被套，床套，枕頭套，結果看到枕頭泛黃 建議定期更換枕頭
