Everything was good and very well organized. I was sick with an upset stomach and I needed to go to the hospital so I checked with the Reception and they helped me with Maps and a pharmacy nearby in case of emergency.
Because I was not well, I was not able to do my work quickly and eat on time and sleep on time for this reason I went to have a shower late at night at 10:30 PM and there was no hot water. I then remembered another review saying that hot water stops after 10 PM in the night and I was sick that day with fever 🤒 and I had to have a bath with cold water at 10:30 PM in the night…… for me. It was OK because I was born and brought up having cold water bath. And more about some say that for fever, it is good to have cold bath. But this is just a point to be noted for those who cannot have a bath with cold water.
from the Reception when you go to the elevator, there is a VERY small step that you may not see and you can slip so please take care as there is no marking for this step.

The property is new and located on a quiet street but close enough to walk to the town center. The room was spacious and had all the things we need with a big bathroom having shataf (my Arab friend can understand). Free parking in front of the hotel was plus. The staff were all very helpful and friendly
The breakfast was pretty basic and not much choice

the size of the rooms and clean.
the staff was cruel and not friendly especially the manager of the reception “lady” she shouted on my child who is 2 years only , and they did not mention us that the cake and the flower bouquet for our anniversary will be charged which we never faced in other hotels .
