We stayed in this lovely hotel for just one night but loved the experience. This hotel is truly the perfect choice if you want to relax. The pool is nice and there are plenty of sun beds to lay by the pool and relax. The room we had was spacious and cool, which was perfect on a hot summer day. The area is quiet and within walking distance from the historical center. While staying at the hotel to enjoy the pool is tempting, we recommend exploring the town as it is truly a lovely place and not crowded with tourists at all. Another thing we liked was the communication with the staff via WhatsApp. They were always available, sent us useful information, helped us get a taxi when we needed and booked for us the massage on a short notice. They also helped me organise a small gift in the room for my wife as we celebrated our anniversary. One of the highlights of our stay was the massage. I booked it for my wife and she said it was one of the best massages she's ever had. So overall, a wonderful stay and a recommended choice in Fasano.

There are no bad things to say, though some tips for the staff and also for those who plan to visit: 1. The room we received had many stairs, both to enter the room and also inside the room. While it was the room we ordered, we didn't see all the stairs in the pictures (perhaps we missed it). As we travelled with a stroller and as we have a toddler, the stairs were a bit dangerous and we had to block them with chairs. So I think it would be good to emphasise this through pictures (Again, perhaps we just missed it). 2. Breakfast is alright and while for us it was just enough as we don't each much in the morning, it was much simpler than we thought it would be. Perhaps a larger variety of vegetables and some fish can elevate it. Just a small feedback, it didn't impact our experience at all. 3. One of the biggest things I wish the hotel's staff would have told me is that the bus on Sunday takes over an hour from the train station to the hotel. In our WhatsApp communication we received the bus schedule which is the most impossible to understand schedule I've ever seen :D We didn't expect it to be this complicated so we decided to not take the 30 euros taxi for a 10 minutes ride and instead took the bus. It was actually a minibus and it took us first to the beach and aqua park and only then to Fasano (a journey of nearly 1 hour in total). As we had just one day in Fasano, this could have been prevented by better explanation. However, it doesn't impact the rating at all as for us it actually worked out well as our baby had time to sleep and we enjoyed the ride with lovely people. These are just tips but none of it had much impact on our experience, we would ofcourse choose this hotel again and in the future perhaps stay longer to truly enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that this place offers.

My room was amazing! The Masseria was beautiful. It is located in a very bland part of Fasano but once you are within the walls it’s magical. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Having somewhere to park the car was very convenient.
