Spacious villa,Great location 10min walk to centre. The swimming pool is big and has steps and ladders into it. There are plenty of sunbeds and a shaded patio to sit if it is too hot.
Could have lamps in rooms.

Very well equipped with everything (except pots) we needed for a comfortable stay. Great amenities and not too far a walk to main tourist areas
Dated bathroom in main bedroom with a shower cubicle with doors that were difficult to close and not very pleasant shower curtain in over bath shower. Overall quite tired decor - could do with updating main bedroom en suite and wardrobes

The vila was above our expectations, clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Well equipped kitchen, quality mattresses while the bathrooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. The host Kwnstantinos was incredibly welcoming and responsive providing clear check in instructions and helpful tips for the area

Great outdoor space which has been improved more in the past couple of years. Dishwasher has been replaced and ants no longer in kitchen. A proper toaster now in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again despite the issues but my expectations will be much lower.
3rd visit in 4 years but issues on each visit which are only getting worse with internal maintenance not being done.
2023 - the 25 years old dishwasher not working, Constantinos was very sorry and did send someone to check the next day but not fixed while at Villa but now replaced. No toaster.
2024 - although the dishwasher was working the new kettle had the wrong type of plug and it took an hour to find an adaptor. The walk in shower of master en-suite leaked through ceiling at bottom of stairs and kitchen light. En-suite shower in one of the twin rooms didn’t drain properly and therefore unusable as would flood bedroom. Constantinos sent a plumber that day who fixed en-suite leak. No toaster.
2026 - safe in locked position so unable to use as nobody has the master key. Again the walk in shower of master en-suite leaked through ceiling at bottom of stairs. One door of the shower already broken. Response from Constantinos was to use the shower over the bath! Again the en-suite shower in one of the twin rooms didn’t drain properly and therefore unusable as would flood bedroom. Red hair dryer unusable. Housekeeping should have noted this and possibly had. Constantinos did send a replacement the next day. The impression I got on this visit was he is aware of the problems but out of his control to fix them and all he can do is answer problems as they arise.
The last photo is the leak from 2024 at bottom of stairs from master en-suite, the other photos were taken last week. The iron board has needed a new cover since our 1st visit. The dead ants are where the 25 year old washing machine moved on final spin. A deep clean really is required.
