Very clean apartment with everything you would need. We stayed for 5 days with particular focus on hiking and active days out. There were all utensils for cooking, pots and pans, even nice selection of wine glasses for the chill evenings. We got all groceries from a pretty large supermarket nearby by the petrol station just 5min walk. TV with Netflix and YouTube apps, great WiFi and overall pleasant experience. The landlady also provided us with the GaPa tourists cards which you can use for free bus travel around Garmisch as well as other discounts for the Alpspitze etc! This was a pleasant surprise as we did not expect this.

The location is good but not greatest. It takes around 20min to get to the train station on foot. To us this wasn’t an issue but to some it might be an inconvenience.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. In Partenkirchen an der Ludwigstraße! Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin wartete schon draußen auf uns. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist für zwei Personen, die die meiste Zeit draußen verbringen ausreichend groß. Das Haus aus 19 Jahrhundert hat dicke Wände, deshalb waren 30 Grad wärme überhaupt kein Problem. In der Nacht haben wir das Fenster offen gelassen, wir haben uns dort sehr sicher gefühlt. Am morgen weckten uns Ziegen und Kühe! Idyllisch obwohl in 50 m Entfernung wartete schon die Ludwigstrasse mit Kneipen, Geschäften usw. Die Nächte waren ruhig. Ich hörte weder Nachbarn noch andere Störgeräusche. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Dusche klasse, ebenerdig, groß, das Boden bisschen rutschig. In der Küche alles da aber wir haben nicht gekocht. Große Kleiderschrank. Keine Sitzsofa nur ein kleines Tisch mit zwei Stuhlen im Schlafzimmer. Aber der Gastgeber hat es bei Booking auch so abgebildert, deshalb für mich überhaupt kein Kritikpunkt, besonders dass ich persönlich lieber am Tisch sitze. Meine Frau nutzte das Bett als Sofa. Übrigens das Bett war für mich SEEHHRR bequem. Kissen auch. Kurz gesagt, ich empfehle die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die hätte ich ohne Zweifel noch mal gebucht.

Excellent host. Nice apartment, very clean and well equipped. Great location to walk a few meters to the main shopping street, restaurants, and bars, to us that was a real bonus. Very quiet location still and the parking is good too, just outside the property.

A little small for two long-distance travelers with big suitcases and a few smaller bags, but in all fairness, we had a lot of luggage. This should be no problem for most travelers with a little less luggage.
