AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Completely unacceptable experience from people who should not be hosting guests. We entered the apartment late at night and within minutes found bugs in multiple rooms and hairs covering the beds in both rooms. The apartment was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We informed the hosts politely, expecting at least a basic professional response. From that moment, the situation became insane. Instead of apologizing, they stormed into the apartment in an extremely aggressive and chaotic way, while both of them behaved as if guests are not even allowed to mention problems. In the middle of the night, we were suddenly pushed out of the apartment. Without any discussion, they wanted to us to leave. This was all because “how we dare to complain.” They said “you must leave the apartment right now. its your problem, not my problem.” And when we said we paid fully, the answer was we will refund the money fully.” We realized they started to get more aggressive with us and we were not safe. So we decided to leave even that we fully paid. They later reached out that they won’t be refunding the money with all their aggressive attitude with long messages.

The hosts later also changed the entire version of events and claimed they were the ones threatening to call the police because we refused to leave, when in reality it was my husband who suggested involving the police due to how aggressive they were. Then suddenly we started getting accused of wanting “free accommodation” even though the apartment had already been fully paid before we even arrived. We NEVER asked to stay for free! They completely invented this scenario in their own heads because they could not handle criticism. At some point they also started sending messages about “young Ukrainians trying to get free apartments,” even though we are not Ukrainian. Completely inappropriate, discriminatory, and honestly embarrassing behavior from someone running accommodation for international guests. Honestly, it is difficult to understand how people behaving this way are working in hospitality at all. Thankfully, we documented everything because the entire experience became so unbelievable that we knew immediately we would need proof. Their excuse that this is a “village house” was ridiculous. Rural accommodation is not an excuse for poor hygiene, poor preparation, or aggressive treatment of guests.

Very quiet

Great apartment. We traveled from Croatia to Poland and stayed in the Czech Republic. The hostess was very nice, and handed over the keys when we met. The apartment has a beautiful terrace closed to the outside. There is a grill. Two separate full sized bedrooms. Very quiet, and beautiful surroundings.

On the day of arrival there was apparently a problem with the sewage system: there was a bad smell on the first floor of the building. But it was not a problem, because everything in the apartment itself was great and it did not disturb.

Klidná lokalita, možnost procházek po okolí, čistota, pohodlí, možnost ochutnat víno přímo v místě ubytování, možnost objednat si jídlo (využili jsme osobní návštěvu restaurace a naprostá spokojenost), terasa vybavená grilem, komunikace s majitelem perfektní a rychlá. Určitě pobyt doporučuji.
