Sehr schön ausgestattet, gute Lage
Die Vermieterin wollte uns bezüglich der vorher notwendig zahlbaren Kaution mit einer Reinigung des Teppichs belasten, obwohl dieser bei Ankunft bereits sehr verfleckt war. Wir hatten am Abend der Ankunft von dem verfleckten Teppich Fotos gemacht. Kommentar der Vermieterin “ wir hätten in den drei Stunden zwischen Ankunft und Dokumentation durch Fotos den Teppich verschmutzt” Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straßenkreuzung, bis spät Abends waren am Wochenende durch Stoppen und Fahren der Fahrzeuge auf der Kreuzung, größere Lärmbelästigungen vorhanden. Cap Ferret ist ansonsten sehr sehr ruhig, da war das Verkehrsaufkommen an der Kreuzung bemerkenswert.
