Situated in Noosaville, this charming house for $342 per night is a great choice for your next trip. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This superbly positioned townhouse 'RIVERSTONE' is only one of two townhouses on the exclusive Howard Street. Only 40 metres to the rivers edge, this beautiful townhouse is the ultimate escape for 6 people plus has an extra queen fold out sofa bed in the media room. Explore the devine boutiques, restaurants and cafes cosmopolitan Noosa has to offer. THE SPACE This property is split over two levels. The ground floor consists of two well appointed bedrooms (ceiling fans). One with a queen bed with balcony and smart TV and the other has 2 single beds. A large bathroom services the two bedrooms with bathtub and shower. This level has a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Full clothes line is outside the laundry with a herb garden at your disposal. Upstairs consists of a main bedroom with queen bed and balcony (air conditioned). It has a walk through robe and ensuite with double basins and a double shower. A media room with a comfy queen fold out sofa bed and large smart tv has soaring ceilings and a powder room. This leads through to the livings areas with high raked ceilings and great natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to enjoy dining in with a new 610 litre fridge, stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. Complementary kitchen condiments and herbs. Luxury furnishings throughout the air conditioned dining and living areas. A LED Smart TV and 3 other smart TV's provided. WiFi provided. Electric fireplace. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with a out door 8 seater dining, bean bags for the kids and BBQ area. Steps lead down for you to enjoy your privacy of your own plunge pool and river views. The property has been newly purchased and furnished. Riverstone is very spacious 230sqm and with multiple living areas its perfect for families and groups. No garage provided but plenty of off street parking and parking behind gated security. Plenty of room for a boat/trailer/jet ski.. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are Noosa locals of 27 years so any questions we are only a phone call away. NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW There are dozens of cafes, popular Thai, Greek, Japanese, French, Italian and Australian, fresh caught seafood, alfresco dining, floating bars, BYO and licensed venues just a short stroll from your door step. Make the most of River Cruises, Catalina, jet ski, Kayak, SUP hire or take a dip in one of queensland's rated rivers. Dozens of river and sunset cruises pick up only 100m away. Fabulous fishing to be had either end of the street. A flat 1. 1 km walk to local shopping centre and tavern and 25 minute flat walk to Hastings Street. Yacht and Rowing club also close. GETTING AROUND Great public transport, Bus stop approx. 30 metres away at end of the street. Uber and taxis available. Free public buses on the weekends . Noosa ferry picks up only 100m away and has many stops from Tewantin to Hastings street OTHER THINGS TO NOTE All linen provided including pool towels. Travel size toiletries provided. Portacot/mattress and high chair is available on request. Fishing rods, tackle, esky, picnic chairs, scooters provided for your enjoyment. Riverstone sleeps 6 guests, but has the capacity to sleep 8 with the queen fold out sofa bed. Extra guests above 6 will be charged at $50 per guest per night. For longer stays wanting a full linen change a $150 fee applies. No schoolies bookings sorry.

We would highly recommend this property for a family holiday. It is a convenient location. The house accommodated our family of 3 generations (4 adults n 2 young chn) and having the plunge pool was an added bonus.
The property owners were very accommodating and hospitable. We look forward to returning again in the future.

What a stunning property to take my parents for a beach/riverside holiday. It had everything we could have needed. Well equiped and spacious with a great alfresco balcony, perfect for relaxing with afternoon drinks and nibbles or a family meal. We were also only a short walk to restaurants and coffee shops when we wanted to stay local.
The decor and styling was beautiful. The hosts made us feel so welcome and were accessible for any questions or communication if we needed it.
We would definitely recommend Riverstone on Howard as one of our favourites.

This place was absolutely perfect for our short family vacation escaping the winter down south. The weather turned it on for us, but Francelle's place made it hard to want to leave the accommodation. I would highly recommend anyone considering this place to stop thinking and just book. You won't be disappointed.

From the first initial booking inquiry to us checking out, Francelle was extremely prompt, friendly and accommodating. The property was spotless and has everything you would need. The location was amazing. Would have given 11/10 stars, but due to rainy weather we're forced to settle with 10/10 instead 🤔

The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable in a great spot very close to all the action of Gympie Terrace but nice and quiet. Communication was excellent and we loved our time at this lovely home.

We had the most wonderful stay at beautiful Riverstone in Noosaville. Francelle is absolutely delightful with excellent communication through the whole process. The house is immaculate with beautiful furnishings, all the desired amenities and an excellent layout. We loved having the master suite on the main floor with the kids’ rooms downstairs. The location of Riverstone is amazing with Noosa River and a ferry stop at one end and a bus stop to Noosa Heads at the other end. The cafes and river activities are in abundance along Gympie Pde, all walking distance. We enjoyed fabulous morning walks along the river each day followed by coffees on the verandah. A 3 minute drive gets you to Hastings Street and beautiful Noosa Beach. Our family had a fantastic time and we cannot wait to come back to stay at Riverstone again!

Riverstone on Howard is a fantastic property. Great location - very easy walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants on Gympie Terrace - and for those who like me don’t mind a bit longer walk - only 2.4km / 27mins easy walk into Hastings Street.
Really well appointed - nothing you will need.
And Francelle and her husband are great to deal with.
If there was anything negative - it was the aircon - it did struggle a bit / but then that’s personal and not everyone in the world comes from a place where 22 degrees is considered a hot day.

From early communications through check in and throughout our stay we all loved this ‘home away from home’ at Noosa
Plenty of space, well appointed, all the creature comforts of home even down to high chair, Porta cot and books and games for all ages a bonus. A range of interesting art to review, pool to cool off in and a hop skip and a jump to the noosa river. Love, love, loved it and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away to celebrate combined birthdays. Happy 110!

The lovely owner Francelle greeted us upon arrival and the property immediately wrapped us in a welcoming hug. A beautiful place, spacious, clean and so well equipped! A short walk from my favourite view of the Noosa River and a peaceful front balcony on which to people watch. Perfect. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 7 nights with two teenage children. The property was really well presented, clean and stocked with cleaning supplies like dishwasher tabs and cloths. Francelle met us on arrival and although she lives in the property next door we did not see her again. The property is in a great location, a short walk to Gympie street and a 30 min walk to Hastings. I loved it so much I started looking for a property to buy in the area. Thanks for a great holiday.

The house was amazing, bright open plan, lovely gardens, had everything we needed. Kitchen was modern & well appointed. So close to restraunts & public transport at the end of the street. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. A real delight to stay here. Francelle the owner was lovely and personable, highly recommend!
