The inviting dining area is great for family meals. Renovated kitchen will make this vacation a joy with all new GE appliances. Venture down the stairs to the pool or down to the beach. No streets to cross from this prime beachside location. The Villas at Clearwater Beach provide one of the few weekly condo rentals on North Clearwater Beach with a pool. Parking is assigned and covered. Heated Pool. Unit is accessible by stairs only. No Elevator. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay. Excellent property management. Unit was as advertised. Only downside was dragging luggage and groceries up and downstairs. Wish I had known there wasn’t an elevator…maybe I missed that.

Enjoyed our stay even though the pool wasn’t heated as described in the listing. The property management company sent three sets of texts during our stay asking about the parking passes (should have had two but only one in the room). We only had one car so no issue.

The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool was warm and clean and enjoyed immensely. The location was great with the beach a few steps away and restaurants within walking distance. Added extras such as books, games, and beach chairs added to the enjoyment. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

Condo was very clean and comfortable! Even had a couple bag chairs, beach toys and small cooler. Perfect location!!! Only steps from the beach, and very close walking to EVEREYTHNG else! Restaurants, shops, ice cream, parasailing, jet ski tours and of course Pier 60! But really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This condo is located steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is also nearing the end of the commercial strip so there isn't a ton of through traffic. (At least when I was there at the beginning of December). The complex has a very nice heated pool and pretty good security. The rooms were clean but the closets (laundry, linen, and front in particular) need a deep clean. The kitchen was clean and bright. My sister and I stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty of room in this spacious condo. We enjoyed the sunsets on the beach (almost every night) and had fun exploring the larger clearwater area from our VRBO condo launch pad.

This property is exactly as listed. Absolutely beautiful! On the North Beach, so located a good ways away from the action. But still able to walk to everything if you want, we did! Only thing we disliked was the amount of stairs to climb 😂

Great place to stay in Clearwater Beach! Very nice and upgraded property. Lots of room with vaulted ceilings that give the condo a great feel. Great kitchen! Very nice furniture. Excellent location...just a few steps from the beach, some great pubs/restaurants within a couple of blocks, and the heart of Clearwater Beach a short walk away. I highly recommend this property!

I really liked staying here. My family and I didn't book the first building facing the beach but the second building is still amazing. The beach was so close, less than a minute of walking. And the shops and restaurants are also in walking distance. The pool was never crowded which I loved. All the main things in the condo were clean like the bathrooms and sheets and stuff but the blinds we broken and extremely dusty when I came in. Maybe just a little updating for the price we paid. But overall a pretty stay and the customer service was great with the rental company.

The condo itself was lovely, all that the write up promised. The location was excellent. The building is on a corner, truly steps from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The downside: the late night noise from the cottages on the adjacent side street; and the toilet in the master bathroom. In fairness, they tried to fix it, but it still didn't work well. If you are noise sensitive, don't come here. If you're not, you'll be very pleased.

This property needs to be updated. The walls were dirty and paint was chipped in places, bathrooms are out of date, microwave works but had a large crack in the plastic. Windows and walls are thin so we had to wear earplugs to get a good night's sleep. Location is loud with bars nearby. The pool was dirty and lined in algae. The property manager said they'd address but never followed through. There was a bar fight and stabbing fatality across the street from our property. We complained that we over paid and were given one night's stay refund. Very disappointing!!!!!! The only positive was the close walk to the beach.
