The view is incredible, and the hotel is overall very clean with nice big bathrooms
Service and breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel and service is a lot closer to a 2/3 stars. Bare minimum amenities in the bathroom, poor quality mattresses, but the worse was breakfast. In the south of Italy you except cheeses, tomatoes, fresh cooked eggs, fruits, fresh squeezed juices, and instead we got a small sample of sweet options and some pre-cooked eggs. Not 4 stars worthy at all.

Great location to get to beach/ port are as well as getting to upper town. Pool was also great
Getting here from train station was more difficult than we expected it to be. There is a back entrance to hotel so if we were aware of that would have been much easier,

We really liked the hotel. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy the pool or have any meals at the restaurant, but we did sit on the balcony outside the restaurant. The view was beautiful. The location was good, not too far from the bus stop. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
A kettle in the room with two cups would have been great so we could make our own tea.
We didn't have a view from our room but we were only there for one night so it wasn't a problem.
We can't complain about anything else.

Good location within walking distance of town and beach. Free parking was an advantage.
Sadly our room couldn’t have had a worse view! Despite the hotel having a fantastic sea facing outlook, our room looked straight onto a white wall. Decor was a bit tired and hard floors throughout made for a very noisy morning due to footsteps on steps, staff chatting loudly and doors slamming. Breakfast offering was limited and poor selection.
