這次拿到一張壞掉的嬰兒床，工作人員換了一張塵封已久的嬰兒床給我們，上面佈滿灰塵。雖然後來經過告知後工作人員有協助擦拭，但還是差強人意。下次可能不敢再入住了。

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure about the breakfast on the first day, but it got better each day. The room was big and comfy. The bonus of the Lake hotel was free laundry service.

Staff were really nice and the location was very convenient for me. There are great buses and trains right by the hotel. The breakfast was diverse, with options changing everyday
The hotel is older, so parts of the room had peeling wallpaper, some towels had fraying or holes in them.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful.
Dingy carpet and peeling wallpaper in the room. No heat.
