Τοποθεσία , μαγική Κρήτη , παραλία , με άμμο χρυσή , όταν φυσάει εκεί κόβει επειδή κάνει κόλπο , σε κάθε γωνιά του ξενοδοχείου έχουν από ένα τοστ , και αναψυκτικά και νερό .

Γενικά σε πολύ κάλο επίπεδο , θα πρότεινα να προβάλουν συνήθειες και κουλτούρα από Κρήτη , πολλές φορές στα ξενοδοχεία που προσφέρουν τόσα πολλά ο πελάτης δεν βγαίνει έξω να δει παράδοση και κουλτούρα κρητική , ίσως παραδοσιακά προϊόντα μέσα στα μαγαζιά , ίσως περισσότερα κρητικά φαγητά , αλλά γενικά όλα καλά . Στο που θα ήθελα είναι ένα σκέπαστρο στο πάρκινγκ απέναντι , να είναι στην σκιά τα αυτοκίνητα μας .

La chambre, la vue, la gentillesse du personnel, l’endroit dans une baie magnifique. Propreté impeccable.

La piscine adulte située sous les terrasses du restaurant. Fort bruit de ventilation. Paiement des cocktails supérieurs et des jus de fruit pressés malgré le fait que c’est « un tout compris ». De plus, si vous voulez un transat parasol près de la mer, il faut payer…. Ce n’est pas admissible pour un « tout compris ». Un peu déçu ayant fait plusieurs 5 * sur l’île et bien supérieurs. Les cocktails le vin, les jus (du sirop..) est de mauvaise qualité servi dans des gobelets en plastique.

Everything was more than perfect, and the staff were amazingly helpful, kind and friendly! A perfect private beach, beautifully sunsets, many facilities, cute cats and much more…

The beach is wide, sandy and protected by the wind most of the time. The view from the restaurant is lovely.

The resort is not suitable for couples without children or for people looking for relax. The timetables and activities are designed mostly for children, with very few areas reserved for adults without children (two: one in the restaurant, one by the smaller pool). There is constant noise (loud music, music for kids, screams, etc) from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm, with no moments of silence, especially of your room is located by the pool area. The all-inclusive buffet restaurant isn’t bad, but the drinks are poor quality and the service is certainly not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, we expressed our disappointment with the service provided compared to our expectations, and the staff did their utmost to accommodate our requests. We truly want to thank the hotel for that. Finally: the SPA is of a good standard, but there is a lack of transparency regarding prices. No price list is displayed in the premises, you need to check it online and the price of treatments is negotiated with the customer each time. Overall and sincerely: if you’re looking for a place where your children can have fan, shout all day limitless and receive very good entertainment, this hotel is the place for you. We’d like to thank the staff who responded immediately to the issues we had with our room.
