From arrival to departure, the team at El Oceano worked hard to ensure that our stay was perfect.
Staff from poolside, to restaurant, to front of house, to cleaning, provided a professional, friendly service that really was first class.
The chefs created delicious, high quality food served with stunning ocean views.
It’s far from the cheapest holiday I’ve had but it’s undoubtedly one of the very best.
I hope to become one of the frequently return guests!

Everything!! Fantastic accommodation, perfect location, rooms spacious, beds incredibly comfortable, staff were brilliant, breakfast was excellent! I’d recommend to everyone!

Lovely room with nice soft towel’s
swimming pool small but very clean and warm
Full English breakfast was very nice
Music around pool was nice and not to loud
our room had a nice corner sea view
Very expensive at €425 per night for what is offered
No complimentary bottled water in the room — guests have to buy their own
The attractive white poolside sunbeds shown in the photos cost an extra €80 per day. Included sunbeds are positioned off to the side with no view of the pool
Sunday was extremely loud due to the hotel’s all-day/evening event, with many guests visibly drunk
No lift
Reception area is very small and cluttered and felt more like a kiosk and you had to checkin whilst on the stairs
Sunday Check-in felt rushed because the hotel was so busy with daytime guests for the Sunday event

Uncomfortable pillows
Spa and gym are extremely small and not particularly inviting
Coffee and orange juice had a strange taste
Our breakfast table was extremely wobbly and couldn’t be fixed after two attempts
You were not allowed to have breakfast out in the terrace
Reception, bar, restaurant and entertainment areas all merge together, so there is nowhere really to escape the music
