The view was amazing.....especially for the price
Location was great, restaurants along the caldera and easy to walk to as well as to reach the main roads
Each room had a balcony or sitting area and was extremely spacious
The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating
The shower took a very very long time to heat up
It advertised a bar area but no staff was ever in there and I am not sure that alcohol is actually served
The pool is very shallow so you have to sit or be on your knees to enjoy the sun and view

Beautiful design of the house
Breakfast was fabulous
Had to go and ask for the included items
Would have liked a drink on the terrace from the bar but it was closed.
Only small things as we loved it there.

The views were so breathtaking, and the rooms I booked for my family were clean and nice. The breakfast (with the view) was delicious. The staff is AMAZING and felt like friends at the end of the trip. Konstantina was very thorough with the check in process and was very helpful in arranging our transports from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Victor was so friendly and made sure that our family felt comfortable in our stay.
