Spa, Bar und Personal waren sehr angenehm
Papierservietten; dass nicht pro Frühstückstisch gefragt wird, ob man Tee oder Kaffee habe möchte; die Heizung im Zimmer war nicht ganz auszustellen

Nice hotel with spa and breakfast was very good. The room was clean.
No parking included with hotel. We had to park in a car park nearby and the hotel did not reimburse the parking costs. We had also booked a room with kingsize bed but the bed consisted of two separate mattresses and two separate blankets.

Das Hotel liegt an der Ahr. Es ist nach der Flut komplet renoviert worden. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben enen guten Standard.
Das Frühstück ist gut, aber für den Preis nicht außergewöhnlich. An frischen Eierspeisen werden nur Spiegelei und Omelett angeboten. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr groß und mit nur einem Buffet bei einer guten Belegung kommt es zu erheblichen Wartezeiten.
