No staff in person on arrival Had to Google shops/food The pillow was flat, non existent ( had to use heavy winter blanket for a pillow) The duvet/sheet was to small for the size of the bed

Convenient location, especially when you arrive by car. Hotel looks especially beautiful during summertime - the inner garden is blooming.

WiFi coverage could be better (during my stay it was not stable enough)

Hard communication with the staff because of the language -no English speakers + some misunderstanding about the breakfast payment.
