Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Häuser sind in der Küche gut ausgestattet , die Einrichtung ist vergleichsweise schön.
Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss war sehr steil und sportlich, da die Stufenhöhe sehr hoch war. Im Bad fehlen Gelegenheiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen oder abzulegen und der Einstieg in die Dusche ist nur für sehr schlanke Menschen geeignet. Bei starkem Regen sind die Dachfenster leider undicht.

Wir waren im Nebengebäude Le Capanne. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig gelegen, mit schöner kleiner Terrasse und nur 1 Minute vom tollen Pool. In der Küche war soweit alles da, was benötigt wurde. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es wurden immer mal neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.
Die Stechmücken, aber für die kann ja niemand etwas :-)
Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, war der Regler an der Dusche. Die Wassertemperatur richtig einzustellen, war etwas schwierig. Mal kalt, mal heiß und irgendwann auch mal schön warm. Aber wenn wir nachgefragt hätten, wäre das sicherlich behoben worden.

Mi è piaciuta molto la casa, che era su due livelli e con due bagni. Tutti li ambienti erano curati e ben tenuti. L appartamento aveva anche il proprio patio con tavolo e sedute comodissime.
Il giardino che circonda l intera struttura è molto bello e curato e trasmette molta serenità e relax. Anche la zona della piscina è ben curata.

This is our 2nd stay at Fattoria San Lorenzo, we previously stayed at Le Capanne and now Casa Livia in apartment 207. While we personally preferred the Capanne as it's a little more private, we had another exceptional stay. The staff is great, the location is brilliant, a 10 min drive from the beach, it has parking facilities, fully air-conditioned, with plenty of green areas for dogs to enjoy as well as other facilities such as the pool, ping pong tables, tennis field, outdoor workout area and I'm sure there's more we haven't explored. Highly recommend the Casa Livia restaurant - the food is absolutely incredible. Wish I could gatekeep this place to make sure the rates stay affordable and it doesn't end up fully booked but it wouldn't be fair as it deserves the hype. We'll definitely be back!

Can't really fault them for anything, only thing I would suggest is finding another alternative for bugs at the restaurant (outdoor seating area) as the little electrocuting thingies are really loud and let all the bugs fall on the tables as they die. Likewise, I would also suggest air con or fans inside the restaurant for those who would prefer dining inside (and for the staff who has to put up with the heat for hours on end). We decided to dine inside, as the bugs were putting us off and the noise of the "bug electrocuters" (sorry i dont know what they're called) was making our little 13 year old dog anxious, but we were kind of boiling a little. Mind you, this place is in the countryside so of course there will be bugs outside at night as they are attracted by lights, so I do see why these had been installed, but perhaps another solution could be found. That said, our compliments to the chef, to the kitchen staff and to our incredible server who was running up and down handling so many tables on her own so efficiently despite the heat and humidity.
I would also love a full lenght mirror in the apartments so the ladies (and the gents) can have an easier time picking an outfit :)
