A decent location to reach key sights on foot, although not the nicest area. Clean and comfortable with nice bed and good bathroom.
We had driven for 5 hours to get to Zaragoza and there were no parking spaces available. The staff did not help with finding alternative parking nearby and said “you can cancel the booking if you like”. Not very helpful at 9pm having driven for 5 hours.

A decent hotel in a very good location. The room was a little small for the price. The only issue I had was I was travelling by motorcycle and even though we put two in one car space we were still charged for a space. Breakfast was excellent.

We liked the location as it was near everything. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The parking is an issue as our larger car would not fit so we had to drive a number of blocks away. This was a slight hassle and since it was hot we would have preferred not to have had to walk in the heat.
The room is very barren, like a prison cell. There is no warmth or art or a rug or anything. It is four walls and two beds and one hard chair. Could use some updating and add a painting and a more comfortable chair. Also, it was very hot so it was difficult to sleep - they should turn the AC down when it's hotter outside.

There was one person trying to do everything, but doing there best. The corridor to the room was in darkness, lights were fused. The breakfast was lacklustre, very basic and generic.We were on holiday and did not appreciate the basic nature of this property or its location. Plus we would have to pay Euro 20 for parking, which is not told on the booking site. This was the worst of the sites we booked on this trip.
It was not welcoming or customer friendly, the only staff seemed overworked and in a hurry to get you moving.
